You can claim your extended warranty if you find any defective components and non-compatible working parts that is due to a manufacturing error.

Only if the problems relate to the situation mentioned above, Acme Fitness Pvt. Ltd. will repair/replace any defective parts and correct any problems - free of charge.

Defective parts need to be submitted to Acme Fitness Pvt. Ltd. or our Authorized Service Center and please note that the parts become the property of Acme Fitness Pvt. Ltd.

The company shall be under no obligation to provide repair/service due to the following:

• Improper use
• Unauthorized alteration
• Modification or substitution of any part
• If the serial number of the machine is altered, defaced or removed
• Break down due to abnormal voltage fluctuations
• Rat-bite
• Negligence
• Natural cause such as acts of God like floods, lightning, earthquakes, etc.
• The extended warranty also does not cover the following parts - Frames, upholstery, paint, and cosmetic items
• The contract is not transferable in the event of resale/gift to any other person and no refund shall be given.

Note: If you require our services for the causes stated above, service charges will be applicable.

We will respond to service complaints within 16 business hours and resolve the complaint within 48 business hours for customers within CBD (Central Business District) of an ACME Service Center.

Yes, the extended warranty will apply but extra charges will apply for conveyance, accommodation, overnight stay (if required) and food allowance.

Dismantling and Reinstallation must be carried out by ACME authorized personnel’s only, Dismantling / Reinstallation will be at an additional cost. Relocation is not ACME’s responsibility and ACME will not take any ownership for damage caused during transits

Yes, but there will be no refund of the charges for the unexpired period.

Transportation for taking the appliance to the Authorized Service Center for repairs shall be borne by the customer as per the applicable rates. Damage to the product or any parts due to Transportation / Shifting is not covered under this contract.
